House and former barn. Early C18, with C19 and C20 alterations. Painted roughcast walls, under graduated greenslate roof with cement rendered chimney stack. Long, low 2 storeys, 5 bays with right barn under common roof. Top-glazed double plank doors in C20 opening. Yorkshire sash and casement windows with glazing bars in C19 painted stone surrounds. Barn has similar C20 plank doors and further right plank door and small casement window under slit vent. Listed for group value with Toddell Farmhouse opposite.
