Description

Canon House is a house from the late 18th century. It features painted incised stucco walls beneath a graduated local slate roof, with cement rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance consists of a top-glazed six-panel door set in a pilastered surround with a cornice above. To the left, there are plank garage doors within a segmental arch. The windows are sash style, framed in painted stone surrounds. This house is included partly for its group value with Kings Arms House.
