Description

Oak Cottage and Oak Lodge, dating from 1835 and possibly incorporating an earlier building, are located on Ambleside Road in Keswick. The buildings feature painted scored stucco and have a hipped roof, standing two storeys tall. The roadside facade includes a two-storeyed bay window closest to the road and two windows on each floor. The main front has six windows on the upper floor. Oak Cottage has an inserted "Georgian" doorcase.
