4 and 6 Derwent Street is an 18th-century building located in Keswick. It features a roughcast exterior over stone rubble and has an old slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and includes two panelled doors set in stone architraves, with steps leading up to them; the door for No 4 is accompanied by an iron railing. On each floor, there are two 16-paned sash windows, also framed by stone architraves.
