7/6 Eycott Farmhouse

27 /12/67 II Farmhouse. Dated and inscribed over right entrance. T.W. A.W. 1667 with alterations dated J.W. E.W. 1762 over central entrance; C19 additions to rear and C20 alterations. Painted roughcast walls under graduated greenslate roof with coped gables and kneelers; stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with single bay to right (which may have been a stable) under common roof, and lower extension to left and rear forming overall T-shape. C20 door in chamfered surround with dated frieze and cornice. C20 windows in C20 surrounds. Tudor-arched doorway to right. Extension has blocked chamfered-surround window and upper floor 2-light flat stone-mullioned window. Rear extension has sash windows in stone surrounds.
