Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from stuccoed stone and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and the west elevation consists of three bays. The windows have plain surrounds and are sashed with glazing bars, while there is a blocked round-headed entrance. The north elevation also has three bays, with the central bay canted under a hipped roof. The sashed windows on this side include one with single glazing bars and one that is blind. There are two cross-axial stacks. The south elevation displays varied fenestration and includes a gabled porch.
