Description
The entrance gateway and flanking walls to Carleton Hall, likely built in the late 18th century, are made of stuccoed stone with ashlar dressings. The structure features rusticated square piers with alternating blocks of vermiculated rustication topped with pyramid finials. On either side of the gateway, there are round-arched entrances with gates set in coped walls, accompanied by lower serpentine walling.
