Description
This 18th-century sundial is located approximately 5 meters west of St Mary's Church in Staveley-in-Cartmel. It is made of stone and features a square pier with a moulded base and cap, which is set on a rock outcrop. The sundial includes a small basin that is decorated with foliage and bears the inscription "W ROBINSON." Please note that the plate and gnomon are missing.
