The Bee House, located approximately 50 meters north of Tower Bank House in Claife, near Sawrey, is a structure likely dating from the 18th century. It is constructed from stone rubble and features a slate roof. The building is integrated into a garden wall and faces south, with an open front and a single pitch roof. It previously had slate shelves for bee skeps, making it a rare example of its kind. The property is owned by The National Trust.
