House; C17 with later additions and alterations. Random rubble with stone detailing. Graduated slate roofs with stone ridge and copings; stone end chimneys. Central gabled porch with part-glazed inner door under false 4-centred head; paired sash to left with Yorkshire sash above, single sash to each floor on right. All windows with glazing bars in stone surrounds; hoodmoulds with labels to ground floor. Lean-to adjoining north return and house adjoining south return not of interest.
