Description

The outbuildings to the south-east of Town End Cottage are a cow house, possibly dating from the 18th century. They are constructed of stone rubble and feature a slate roof with slate drip courses. The south side includes entrances for the cow house, and there is a gabled wing that extends as a lean-to to an outshut on the right return. There are also some ventilation holes at the first-floor level. These outbuildings are included for their group value.
