Description
Spring Cottage and the attached cowhouse date from the 18th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a plain tile roof featuring coped verges and brick integral end stacks. The buildings are aligned east-west and face south, with the cowhouse attached to the west end. The cottage, located to the right, is two storeys high and has two bays with two-light flat-face mullioned windows that are chamfered internally. There is a door to the right of the cottage. The cowhouse has a door to the right as well.
