Lutton House is a house dating to circa 1830-40, with a later 19th-century extension to the north. It is constructed of stuccoed stone with a slate hipped roof and deep eaves. The house has a double-depth plan, with a three-bay south front. A round-headed niche is centrally positioned on both floors. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor features French windows. A verandah runs along the ground floor, supported by ornate iron brackets.
