Description

This is an initialled headstone dated 1760, located approximately 10 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St. Mary in Throwleigh. The headstone commemorates an individual with the initials IB. It is an upright, flat-topped slab that stands about 300mm high. The front features a simple inscribed frame and is marked with the initials IB and the years 1760 and 1771 in plain capitals.
