House in row. Early C19 front on earlier fabric. Rendered and scribed plaster on brickwork, tile roof, brick stacks.Deep plan: parallel-plan front range incorporating earlier fabric; mid C19 rear wing. 3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. Large 16-pane sashes in moulded plaster architraves, stone cills. C19 shop front with channelled pilasters, one large plate-glass display window and glazed door in surround. Plinth contains a basement grille. Far left is a 6-panel fielded door in a moulded architrave. A full-width moulded cornice is surmounted by a sunk panel with raised mould surround with Greek key ornament. Moulded parapet cornice above plain frieze returned at the ends, and with small blocking-course, raised in the centre. Plastered return wall to the right, very steep roof parallel with street, and with cropped brick stack to right. In the throughway, on the left party wall, is a moulded C17 beam carried on 4 shaped stone corbels. At the back is a deep mid C19 gabled brick wing in 3 storeys, 2-windowed, with brick dentil eaves and a large eaves stack. INTERIOR not inspected.
