House in row, with shop. Mid C19 front on C16 or C17 fabric.Rendered front, brickwork, tile roof, brick stack. Parallel side-entry plan. A parapeted front, carried over a former throughway to the right, conceals a steep-pitched roof; the rear has a lower C19 gabled brick wing. 3 storeys and basement, 2-windowed. Plain sashes in moulded surrounds with open scroll pediments (but these removed at first floor, and marked in profile on the rendering), cills carried on 2 small brackets. To the right is a glazed door in pilasters, under a blocked transom-light; this door at present (Jan 1992) gives access to the adjoining premises, 126 (qv). The main fascia carries across the full width of the front. Moulded main cornice and small blocking course. There is an eaves stack at the back of the main range. The shop front is a most notable example. INTERIOR not inspected.
