Farmhouse. C17 with later extensions at rear. Square-panelled timber framing with rendered infill on a limestone plinth. Some walls rendered. Red tile roof with brick stacks. 'T'-shaped plan to early core, small timber-framed and C19 extensions rear left. Two storeys and attic. Entrance front; gable projects forwards on right. Fenestration mostly 1, 2 and 3-light C20 wood casements. Three large 6-pane top opening to ground floor. Large C19 six- panelled front door now glazed at top to left of forward facing gable. Large projecting stack to left of door decorated with blind arch with keystones and imposts. Projecting stack at left gable end. Axial composite stack to range running back from forward facing gable. Interior; open fireplace c4m in width with wooden bressumer. Bread oven with separate access built into rear of fireplace. Tie beams with deep flat chamfers.
