Description
This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 20 meters south-west of Tredington House Farmhouse. It features square-panelled timber framing with brick infill, which is mostly covered with weatherboarding above head height. The barn has a red tile roof and a rectangular plan, with a projecting porch on the south-west side. There are double doors leading into the porch, and on the opposite wall, small circular ventilation holes can be found in the gable ends. Inside, the barn consists of six bays with original pegged roof trusses, a tie beam with bracing, and inclined struts supporting the principal rafter, along with a collar beam and low sill walls between the bays.
