Description
The former stable, located approximately 10 meters west of Mill Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a red tile roof. The building has a rectangular plan with a lean-to on the east side. An extension at the left gable end is used as a garage but is not of special interest.
The east front includes a stable door set within a segmental-headed surround, with a segmental-headed two-light casement window to the right. There are 19th to early 20th century farm tools displayed on the wall above the window, along with a plank pitching door above. To the left, there is a segmental-headed two-light window in the lean-to. The gable end facing the road has diamond-shaped ventilation slits, while the gable end away from the road features rectangular ventilation slits. This building is situated close to the farmhouse and is particularly visible from the road.
