Description

Little Croft is a detached cottage that dates from the late 17th century to mid-18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. The building features square-panelled timber framing with pebbledashed infill and a thatched roof, along with a rendered stack. There is a pebbledashed 20th-century extension that has painted timber framing and a concrete tile roof. The main body of the cottage is 'L'-shaped and consists of one and a half storeys, with a single-storey 20th-century extension to the west.

On the entrance front, there is a 20th-century canted oriel window to the right and a two-light eyebrow dormer above. The entrance is a 20th-century plank door with a single glazed pane. The east front of the timber-framed wing to the right has a 20th-century two-light wooden casement. Additionally, there is a canted single-storey conservatory with a concrete tile roof at the gable end, featuring a single-light casement above.

The south-facing elevation includes a two-light steel casement, a rectangular five-light oriel window on the ground floor, and a two-light eyebrow dormer. There is also a 20th-century two-light casement at the gable end facing the road. A former gable-end stack has been incorporated into the extension to the west. The interior has not been inspected.
