Description

This is a small house in a row, dating to the late 18th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brickwork with a tile roof and a brick stack on the left gable. The house is two storeys high and originally had a single window, though now featuring a two-light raking dormer in a mansard roof. The upper floors have 12-pane sashes. A 20th-century door is located to the right, set beneath a tumbled brick arch. The low ceiling heights suggest the possibility of a refacing of an earlier structure. The interior has not been inspected.
