Description

This is a pair of gate piers dating from the 18th century, located approximately 45 meters west of Witcombe Park. They are constructed of ashlar stone and feature square piers set on moulded plinths. The piers have moulded cappings and stepped pyramidal upper cappings, each topped with large ball and flame finials. These gate piers are part of the Witcombe Estate.
