Description

The long monument in the churchyard of the Church of St Bartholomew, located about 3.5 meters south of the east end of the south aisle, is a chest tomb dedicated to Elizabeth Long, who died in 1777. It is made of stone and features a flat lid with a rounded edge and a heavy chamfer below. The sides have fielded panels, and the ends are framed with a plain edge and a moulded plinth.
