Description
Lypiatt Hill House is an 18th-century building with an early 19th-century front, located on Bisley Old Road. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a rendered front and features a double pile design. The house has hipped stone roofs and an ashlar chimney. It stands two storeys tall and is topped with a crenellated parapet.
On the ground floor, there are four casement windows with glazing bars and hoodmoulds, while the first floor has four pointed double-hung sash windows, also with glazing bars and hoodmoulds. A mid-19th-century ashlar porch with a pointed parapet is present, along with an oriel window above that has casements and glazing bars. The west elevation includes one Venetian window featuring double-hung sashes and glazing bars.
