Description

The garden doorway, located approximately 30 meters south of Bannutt Tree House, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from ashlar limestone and features timber doors. The doorway has a pointed archway made of rusticated masonry, topped with stepped coping and a central ball finial. The double doors consist of three panels each and have a square head, with a plain tympanum above. This Gothic-style feature is contemporary with Bannutt Tree House, with which it is associated.
