Description

Vale Cottage is an 18th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed rubble, featuring a modern pitched roof. The cottage is two storeys high and has two flush framed double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor, along with one casement window with glazing bars on the ground floor. The entrance includes a six-panel door set in a moulded frame with panelled reveals. Vale Cottage is part of a group of listed buildings located on the east side of Butter Row Hill.
