Description

The Laurels is a 18th-century building located on the east side of Butter Row Hill. It is constructed from hammer-dressed rubble and features a mansard slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes a range of casement windows with glazing bars, as well as a six-panel door. There is an extension to the east that has a segmental oriel window, which contains double-hung sashes and glazing bars. The Laurels is part of a group of listed buildings that includes Vale Cottage, Rose Cottage, and Nos 1 and 2 The Laurels.
