Description

The Old Dye Works, now known as Orchard and Peers Warehouse, is an early to mid 19th century building and the only surviving part of Bowbridge Mill. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched slate roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with five ranges of mullioned windows that include casements and glazing bars. There is one planked door on each floor, and the remains of a hoist can still be seen.
