Description

This is a headstone located approximately 27 meters southeast of the north gateway to the churchyard of the Church of St Mary. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of limestone. The headstone features a cambered top with two cherubs' heads on either side of crossed palm fronds above a rococo cartouche that leads to a bolstered center. Although the inscription is worn away and not legible, the carving is still in reasonable condition and serves as a good example of the rococo style.
