Description
Numbers 1, 2, and Bank Side (Number 3) at Millbottom is a building that was formerly listed as Millbottom under Bristol Road. The central portion of the building was remodeled around 1820. It is two storeys high, constructed of rubble with stone tile roofs. The facade features three windows with glazing bar sashes and a six-panel door that has a rusticated stone surround.
On the left side, there are mid-17th century gabled cottages, with Bank Side Cottage having two windows that are four-light casements, featuring hollow chamfer mouldings on the mullions and drips. This cottage also has a modern central door and porch, along with two gable lights that have hollow chamfer surrounds and drips. The right-hand end gable has modern windows, and the north front includes a dormer.
