Description
Quoin Cottage is a mid-19th century building located on Bath Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of coursed rubble with rusticated quoin strips. The cottage features a hipped tiled roof that is attached to the side of Ashlar House. There are three windows, which are plate glass sashes with cornices, with the central window being arched. The entrance has a rusticated doorway with a square-headed door. To the left, there is a gabled extension that includes an oculus in the gable and a door, which has been converted into a window below. Additionally, there is an extra storey at the rear of the building.
