Description
The White Lion is a coaching house that has been converted into an inn, dating from the late 18th century. The building is rendered and features a plain string course at the first floor level, along with a parapet that has plain coping. It has a Welsh slate roof, with concrete tiles on the back slopes. The structure consists of parallel ranges and has brick stacks at the gables of the front block. To the right, there is a long return wing that rises three storeys. The main section is two storeys high and has three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance features a six-panel flush door set within a moulded architrave, topped by a flat hood.
