Description
Wayside Cottage is an early 19th-century extension to Weavers Cottage. It is a two-storey building constructed of coursed and squared rubble. The cottage features four windows, which are two-light casements with segmental heads. The door is located off-centre to the right and has six flush panels, with the lower panels being reeded. There is a modern wrought-iron canopy above the doorway. On the left side, there is a cambered wooden lintel that indicates the location of a former stable.
