4/43 Monument to John Hanman in the churchyard approximately 6m north of Church of St. John

GV II

Chest tomb. C18. Limestone. Gadrooned corner balusters. West end has anthropomorphic panel in cartouche and 2 winged cherub's heads below; plain recessed moulded panel to east. Moulded recessed inscription panel to sides, flanked on north by rosettes and ribbon drops, on south by ribbon bow and floral drops. Cyma moulded top and cavetto base. Inscribed on south side to JOHN HANMAN, date illegible.
