Description

The Bradly monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 5 meters north of the north porch of the Church of St. John. It dates from 1715 and is made of limestone. The tomb features lyre-ended design with a cartouche at both ends. There is a central rectangular moulded inscription panel on the sides, which is flanked by moulded panels adorned with floral drops. The top and base of the tomb are very thick and cyma moulded. The south side is inscribed to Henry Bradly, who died in 1715, while the north side includes inscriptions for other family members.
