Description

The Old Vicarage is a dwelling that was formerly a vicarage, built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of ashlar limestone and features a stone slate roof. This building showcases a good example of Cotswold Tudor architecture, highlighted by a large corbelled stack to the left of a two-storey porch located at the southeast corner, and a central gable with another corbelled stack on the southwest front. The structure has 2½ storeys and includes various multi-light mullioned and transomed stone casements, which typically have stopped drips. Notably, there is a fine contemporary segmental-headed door beneath a Tudor label with carved spandrels in the porch.
