Description

Prospect House, dated to the late 18th century, is an ashlar-built house. It has a pitched slate roof and ashlar chimneys. The house is three stories high and features moulded eaves cornices. It has three ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A Tuscan porch with a full entablature and blocking course provides access to a six-panel door, which is surmounted by a semi-circular fanlight. The building is part of a group that includes numbers 106 to 114 (even), The Firs, and numbers 126 to 130 (even).
