Description

These are three houses, numbers 1, 2 (Gannicox House), and 3, dating from the mid-18th century. They are built of ashlar and have a pitched stone roof with ashlar chimneys. The houses are three storeys high, featuring a modillion eaves cornice and parapet, and a plain string course above the ground floor. They contain three ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The front door is a six-panel door with an oblong fanlight. An early 19th-century ornamental iron verandah with a tent roof is present. One original rainwater head remains.
