Description

This boundary post, dating from the 19th century, is made of iron and has a V-section shape. It features raised sans-serif lettering on both sides and on the triangular top. The left side of the post reads "QUEDGELEY," while the right side reads "ELMORE." The top of the post displays "G & W/H D," which stands for Gloucestershire and Worcestershire Highways Department. This post marks the former boundary between the parishes of Quedgeley and Elmore.
