Description
No. 105 on Southgate Street is a shop and former dwelling dating from around 1800, with 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and has a slate roof. It features a front end-gabled parallel range and a gabled wing at the rear, located on the southeast corner of Southgate Street and Norfolk Street. The exterior has two storeys, with a stone-coped parapet at the front. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front with an entrance on the corner. The first floor is stuccoed and has two horned sash windows with glazing bars, each with four over six panes, set in openings that have projecting stone sills. The interior has not been inspected.
