Description

The monument to Amelia Stock is located in the churchyard about 20 metres north of the northeast corner of the aisle chapel of the Church of St Mary. This Grade II listed structure is a large, low chest tomb made of sandstone, dating from 1828. It features a flat inscribed top slab with moulded edges, plain faces, and a moulded base. The inscription commemorates Amelia Stock and is dated 1828.
