Formerly 3 houses in row, now 2. Late C18 or early C19; much altered in C20. Coursed and random rubble limestone; window dressings to south cross-wing; rebuilt chimneys: 1 artificial stone, 1 red brick; artificial stone additions at back; stone slate roof. Single-storey with attic; 2-storey with attic cross- wings at ends. East front has gabled ends to cross-wings: 2- window south wing, all sashes with keystone lintels and blocked oculus in gable; 2-windows to central part, all metal casements, the attic windows being in gabled dormers; timber lintels to flanking doorways each with C20 weather-boarded porch and 6-panel doors; blocked central doorway; single-window fenestration to north wing with altered C20 casements to ground and upper floors, each with concrete lintel; original leaded attic casement with timber lintel. Large stone relieving arch in south elevation. Fenestration much altered in C20 to north and west sides. Flat-roofed wing at back. Included for Group Value.
