Detached house incorporating former stables. Early C19. Random rubble limestone; dressed quoins; red brick chimneys. Central staircase hall with 1 room laterally; 2-storey with attic; 2- storey stable wing forms L-plan. South front: 4 windows with porch entry off-centre; metal casements to all windows, mostly with rendered timber lintels; parapet gabled porch with chamfered 3-centred arch; 6-panel door, lower 4 fielded, upper 2 glazed; 3- brick chimneys at ridge; single-storey outshut at west end. Blank east end gable; front of former stables face east: 2 stable doorways either side of central stone loft stairway with lipped upper landing, all with plank doors and timber lintels; stone relieving arches over ground floor openings; 6-pane timber casements to ground floor windows, alternating with doorways; 4- pane casements in loft. Ashlar chimney at north gable end of stable wing. Altered outshut runs along west side of former stable wing.
