5/165 Home Farmhouse II

Farmhouse. Late Cl?-early C18. Random limestone, concrete tile roof, stone stacks. Rectangular main body with cross wing at right-hand end, former dairy/wash house (now incorporating garage), attached via small C20 flat roofed extension, rear left. C20 extension and porch at rear not of special interest. Main body; 2 storeys and attic. Gable right with 2-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods to ground, and first floors and garret. Two-light stone-mullioned casements in right- hand return wall. Two-storey wing left with single light within double-chamfered stone surround. C20 stone-mullioned casement to ground floor, left of C20 glazed door. Two-light steel casement to first floor. Two-storey former dairy/wash house at rear with 2-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods to ground floor and first floor. Gable end stack to main body, axial stack to dairy/wash house. Stepped gable end coping. Interior not inspected.
