Description
This pair of gatepiers, dating from the 18th century, is located to the north of Gloucester Lodge. They are constructed from dressed limestone and tufa, featuring a square shape with chamfered quoins and tufa infill. The gatepiers have a flat top above a cornice moulding, with a torus moulding one course below that completes the entablature. The base is made of plain ashlar.
