Description

Two pairs of gatepiers and a boundary wall date from the 18th century and are located to the west of Frocester Lodge. They are constructed from ashlar limestone and feature a dry-built rubble wall. The low gatepiers are approximately two cubes high and have recessed panels on each face. Above them is a high frieze with a moulded top capping, and there are tall mounts for ball finials. The gates are wrought iron and were added in the late 19th century or possibly the 20th century. The linking wall is plain.
