Former coach house and stables, now partially house. c1880. Coursed and squared rubble limestone; ashlar dressings; stone slate roof. Central gabled block of 2 storeys with dovecot in attic; two 2- storey wings at either side running north and south; faces east and backs onto churchyard. 2 large segmental arched opening to central block with relieving arches; large plank doors; large cross window with hood mould to upper floor and metal clock face mounted on gable. Wing to left has central stable doorway with loft doorway over, both with moulded architraves and plank doors; doorway flanked by cross windows with two 2-light chamfered mullioned flanking loft doorway. 2 large segmental arched openings to former coach house now with late C20 fenestration; cross window to right and three 2-light chamfered mullioned to upper floor. Chimney stack with paired diagonal shafts and moulded caps at north end. In south gable of central block 6 pigeon holes with separate stone perches; central timber lantern to this block. Parapet gable at south end has tall cross window with 4-centred arched head and hood mould. Hay drops survive in stables; stone nesting boxes line interior of central attic. Included for group value.
