Description
This dovecot, dating from the early 17th century, is located approximately 25 meters south of the Manor House in Weston Subedge. It is constructed from coursed and squared limestone and features a stone slate roof. The structure is tall and square, with four gables, each containing a two-light mullioned opening that has recessed chamfer moulding and a hood without labels, topped by a cross-roll saddle. At the center, there is a wooden lantern with louvred sides. The dovecot has a low doorway with a timber lintel, and the internal walls are lined with a large number of stone nesting boxes.
