Description

This building, occupied by Messrs Yates, Clarke, Slade and Hathaway, is a short terrace from the mid-19th century. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with raised dressings and floorbands. The building features a moulded eaves cornice and coped verges, topped by a slate roof. There are two large ashlar chimneys. The facade includes four windows, each with two-light glazing bar casements, and four doors, which are made up of two panels each, along with a ledged alley door to the left.
