A 19th-century plank door, fitted with a thumb latch and within a 20th-century latticework porch, is located on the left side. The 19th-century extension is two storeys high with two-light casement windows to both the ground and first floors. A gable end stack is located on the right gable end of the 17th-century part. The left gable end has a roll saddle and a two-light stone-mullioned casement situated towards the apex. The interior of the cottage has not been inspected. The building exhibits group value.
